Maybe there are lots of reasons:-
Unfamiliarity - look at this board and how many questions and how much confusion there is
Cash flow availability
Let downs in communications
and...
In my circumstances - all overseas holders are denied participation. One of you lucky fellas is going to get my allocation as I am not allowed to participate from Singapore. Has anyone done a count of international or overseas holders for a start - I suspect that's a hefty block right there (individuals and institutions)?
