That is a six monthly figure. If they didn't need to muddy the water with six month figures in a quarterly they wouldn't.
See "Treasury Activities" as well. Working capital is down a lot.
Facts are cash is lower despite raising lots of cash through equity issuance and non-core asset sales. You can't spin that wheel forever.
