If not, EOF cash on hand is $23+ million. This is more than enough of a buffer to fund the completion of the US facility.

In addition to the financial pages, the second paragraph of page 4 should help with your understanding.

Welcome to the forum. I am actually surprised Mr Market has reacted so positively. Whilst overall EOF is going great, unlike some previous quarterlies, the financials in this one was ‘only’ about what I expected.
