If you had bothered to click on the top folders it will take you to the vast 1/5 reviews for all services associated with QBE. eg. there is 197 reviews for QBE Home and Contents Insurance. The statistics show a drop from 4/5 in 2011 to 1/5 in 2019. The "Consumers" you consider have "no idea" that have suffered a total loss from the bushfire catastrophe will certainly test the likes of QBE & its colleagues, oops I meant competitors. Knowing there is a possible royal commission over the horizon should, at least, help the clueless consumers that you condescendingly refer too.
