It is not wise using time scales should the market react if a statement is not made at a certain time.

I would just say that "we'll be waiting for it". That could mean any time.

Even if someone got the "right" info, it doesn't always follow that the event will happen at a given time.

Some last minute problems can arise; someone doing the job is called away or is sick, some information was still needed to be collected or whatever.

After all, he is not doing the job but someone else is.

I'll be quite happy if it arrives the coming week and if it arrives on Mond/Tuesday, than even better.
