Org only up 13%. Yet todays deal:
- lifts eps 35% to 77.6c (2009) and 55% to 103c (2010). (Consensus forecasts for eps in 09 were 57.5c (2009) and 66.2c(2010))
- immediately doubles the dividend from 25c in 2008 via an immediate dividend payment of 25c (fully franked), indicating 50c sustainable dividend.
- allows for up to $1.3b share buyback which will further lift eps.
Way under priced at the moment. Market hasnt figured it out yet IMO.
