The following housing data has very often been a wonderful roadmap for the US equity markets, leading neatly by 12 months, but not always.
If that is the case at the moment, it suggests a leveling off here till June next year but no great rebound.
The last 2 months are lower yet again, and it confirms my view that yes we may rally/muddle higher for even a year but that is just the pause before the serious downside.
