My knowledge in mineral sands is extensive as you have discovered. Which allowed the early bird to get the worm.
I always like to compare other HMS plays and SFX in particular. You stated below.

I am afraid that SFX grades are below 60 m and not economical at all, hence why no big boys will touch it.
