‘The Property Market’ needs further analysis. If they meant ‘ Residential Property’ if would difficult to disagree. If you own 0.02% of a building occupied by BHP with a 10 year lease and that 0.02% is 40% of your SMSF that might be highly appropriate if approaching retirement.
