Well more information came out of that EGM than I expected and thanks for those that attended and reported, the overiding takeaway for me is that FAR is just going about doing what it said it would do and that is take it's 13.7% WI to production . Its taken longer and cost more but its never waivered in its determination to battle the odds and I love battlers even if it has pushed me back underwater again, I expect to be back on dry land in the not to distant future. In the end the survival of the Company comes first and our lifeline has been our larger holders once the serious spending started.

As I've posted before, FAR has gone and is going where few Companies of its size have gone before, there is no real template to work from. Personally I don't know of any that have faced a mountain the size FAR have faced, no income, deep water offshore , huge project, foreign jurisdiction , junior partner with very little say, the list goes on , plus a plethora of largely non holding detractors.

So here we are ready for the next stage, the journey has been long and far from perfect but the option was to throw in the towel and sell out for a pittance , that was never going to happen, this is not a stock for the faint hearted or the impatient and never has been....

    Cheers Whisky
