Harlee as I stated in another thread. Wasn't one of the conditions when KAL was 'given' 1/3 of EXT that EXT had the Ur rights to KAL ground? Please correct me if I am wrong, but I am sure there was something like this (going to try to check this now).
And if I am correct, once again, what benefit to EXT shareholders is there in this proposed deal?
