Didn't you see my post at the W/E. Tonymm/Kellymoreno have been suspended for multi-nic'ing - and after being moderated 4 times in one day!! good riddance.
My est from last years AR was about 8%. These guys are full fair paying players (unlike the COE highlarkers). Modest remuneration, divi payers, treat shareholders properly.
With an offer on the table COE can go well beyond 20%, can't go above 20% without making an offer for the rest.
As miningnut says, they may be happy with just 51%. But at least we know there is no compulsary aquisition unless they can get directors shares.
The last thing COE needs is a half a takeover, although as an investment it would be fine, no need to fear loss of COE shareholder value - but a huge management distraction I'd say.
