they said delivery of 500k contract in Q1 .... they said predicted expenses in Q1 465k... you pay the manufacturer prior to manufacturing... hence 500k payable in Q2 all profit. plus remainder of 150k US contract payable in Q1... who cares if they don't pay back the loan or interest in 6 months/12 months as without a contract they are finished anyway. chance of a contract with US NAVY in 6 months 50%
