I've been in UNV pretty much since listing I think, 1st purchase was in 2010, and am well in the money, my average is about 9c (after taking account of dividends etc) so my holding cost is low. Its been pretty evident that the low sentiment for coal is certainly weighing on the share price and therefore limiting the upside potential and probably fair value from being realised. My personal belief is that 50c+ is more of the value for this stock, however if I'm honest with myself, after a long investment and with the sentiment for coal not high and unlikely to grow I'd be open to an exit strategy if we could garner a half decent takeover price. I'd probably sell at 35c plus if an offer was to come at that price, so something in the region of a 50% premium to current SP. What are others thoughts as its fairly obvious that an exit strategy at higher than current market price will likely be available in the short term.

I have also been a substantial long time holder of UNV and in the early days bought and sold many times and in recent times have collected the dividends. The company is undervalued substantially with Morningstar Fair Value at 0.35 cents and Consensus Target at 0.62 cents with a gross dividend Yield of 12.5% I have noticed a lot more "buyers" lining up today now nearly 2 Million so maybe the half yearly report is at the printers and it is a very sound one!!!
