I believe at the time of his "resignation" he was an executive director, JB was the one that "organised" the funding and as you know it has led to problems ever since, I do not think the directors would put out an announcement saying it was imminent if it wasnt, they just dont grab me as that kind of team, my idea of imminent is say 2 weeks, so I am happy to wait and see
