Issuing approx 19.7M ordinary shares at approx 2c (AUD) per share to raise over $250K USD to fund initial stages of clinical trial. Hopefully not a huge dilution and share price should remain in vicinity of 0.019-0.020c. Not sure who is going to take up the share issue (Institutions or SPP) but no big incentive and no fanfare associated with the announcement.
