I was calling for MD to go once they missed second quarter by lot. Two quarters later and they still report massive misses and this time not even trying to explain in detail how they are addressing the issues while BOD seems to fine with the garbage MD is serving.. BOD needs to go too - simples.
If they turn this around with this lot it will be because they stumbled across some massive grades and under such circumstances you can have Bozo as MD and still make money - perhaps more money than if PNR keeps the current guy.


4 missed (by big margins) quarters and MD still around means BOD are just as bad as the MD.
