Thanks for a good post OLF. I can't answer this one but some things to consider.
petrosen have increased but that $ contribution will happen approximately 6 months from now. Yes the JV carry's them through Feb and past the first cash call. So at FID We have 15% obligations then at first cash call 15% obligations but in june/july we go down to 13% and Petrosen coughs up their extra contribution which will include reimbursement for the 6 month carry.
my question is are the figures you mentioned allowing for 15% or 13%
