Even the co-founder of Green Peace, Dr Patrick Moore states, "The certainty among many scientists that humans are the main cause of climate change, including global warming, is not based on the replication of observable events. It is based on just two things, the theoretical effect of human-caused greenhouse gas emissions, predominantly carbon dioxide (CO2), and the predictions of computer models using those theoretical calculations. There is no scientific "proof" at all."

"This is why the IPCC uses the word "likely" in their statement about human-induced warming. True, they say "extremely likely" but putting a strong meaning in front of "likely" does not change the reality that they are expressing an opinion, not a fact. They even use the term "expert judgment" to describe their opinion."
