agree Barns11 but I do not have time to trade stocks and have decided to take a gamble with CNP because if pays off then will have a very good pay back ( A 10 bagger in your language I think ). I believe the assets will be positive in the future as in due course interest rates etc will come down again which means that Commercial property will increase in value but the Company has to survive which is the risk. It is also better to understand and know the Company that you have invested in which I know a bit on CNP as have been following for sometime now and no matter what the share price is saying I still believe in it.
So at the end of the day risky but also walking across the street can be risky also.
