Y4 is true if new cr. That would only effect holders at higher buy. Buyers at 0.003c and 0.004c would not be effected. I myself am new to the stock and don't care about past issues. I just care about what's on the plate today. At present price with this ground there is limited downside. If one does look at past not good. I also understand for a holder at a higher price, I've been there. Its oh no not again. If you've had for a bit, I do hope this time the company gets it correct for you.
