Its not what we think of the companies together or apart the importnat thing is what the market thinks and the fact that a comined company will bring it onto the radar of many more institutions.
BTW 0 according to the fin review direectors on 12% of IPM not 8 so for COE to be succesful one would think something elsemust happen. - perhaps more cash.
