Recepionist says "Good Morning, Elk Petroleum"
You say "Hi, I am a shareholder, I was wondering if I could speak to Mr Andy Rigg?"

Receptionist syas, "I'll just see if he is in". ( You are now on hold - Receptionist comes back ) "Are you there? He is in the building but not at his desk, can i put you throught to his voice mail, leave a message and he will call you bac".

You get put thru to his voice mail you leave a message on his voice mail and he doesn't call you back.

It has happened to me 3 times in six monhts, i haven't bothered since June 08. Care factor ZERO.........
