Newly appointed NSE W Peremier states that:

"I don't have the time nor the inclination at this stage to examine why we've got those estimates wrong. The simple fact of the matter is we've got them wrong. I don't have the luxury of examining how that occurred."

Does he really believe that the public is so naive as not to realise that he is just trying (foolishly) to hide the sheer incompetence of his predecessors and their fabrication of matters pertaining to the financial wellbeing iof the State?
