I admire the man for his success and generosity however I think 3d printed homes being approved in the near future is far fetched.
They will also have to meet regulations, gain approvals and have builders ready to complete finishing touches. I think this topic isn't really relevant I don't think 3d printed houses are yet anywhere close to the hx. I don't expect the hx or 3d homes to build these houses but best bet would be the hx if insurance pay outs holds off for 2-3 years.
