It certainly seems the Arab coalition and the Saudis in particular are taking a strong management role to get commerce functioning again. Perhaps they can and will make the hard decisions the legit govt is not making because of their various bias. It certainly appears to favour momentum that should assist PSA sooner rather than later. Time will tell.
