The maximum buy and sell order values can be insanely high or low. Especially the very top few buy orders/bottom few sell orders. I think they are computer generated and the generator knows they SP wont open at that price (not possible). I have no idea how it works but I always assumed the bots do it as part of the opening auction to come up with the best opening SP. I have seen pre auction values 50% above/below the SP. Doesnt mean anything.
