Yep...COP changed their messaging from....
"selling 35% interest" to "selling the entity that held 35% interest"
Talk about a legal wedge......surely it's the same intent, same outcome!
So what was so special in the T's and C's of the sale contract that COP didn't want FAR to access?
Why were FAR only given a one pager?
We'll find out soon....or not!
