Not fully there yet Rolla. I think they'll have another update at some point to cover the remaining portion of reqd capital to first oil, ie USD 492mil.
USD300m debt facility + USD100m from CR is good to have. The balance USD92mil could come from Mezzanine/ Boutique lenders??
4yr holiday, so should start repymnts in 2024 once they get past first oil in 2023. Overall its a step in the right direction as it pays for the FPSO deposit & Long Lead items before the rig arrives from the GoM.
