So under the previous agreement, Ocker contributed $2.4m revenue.

If we take last FY years revenue of 66.4m and minus that amount we have 64m - you can then add on $80m to that figure and you're looking at $144m annual revenue.

Grain of salt, as those have pointed out we may not hit $80m with no remedies written into the agreement but even if they hit half of the agreed amount - $40m our revenue jumps to $104m.

The quarterlies from here on out will paint the picture.

I'm confident JAT reaches $100m revenue this FY which is incredibly significant for such a low MC company.
