There are many ways for a take over or controlling interest,ie 50-51 % holding can occur.
One example could be:
The large shareholders can be offered a very large premium for their parcels of shares.
If over 19% are gathered,then an open market & closed door offer could then be made, mopping up more shares.Then even another market offer and more closed door offers can continue until 49% of Fars shares are captured, effectively controlling the board and all decisions.
This process could also happen from within the Far top sharholders to gain control of Far.
This form of aggressive take over effectively renders the remaining 50-51 % of shareholders captive to the wishes of the controlling interest,ie where the "cash goes", company decisions, excetera.
