From a technical standpoint, 1ST is looking very strong.
All of the moving averages are trending higher. At 8.5 cents, 1ST has a market cap of $34M, which is very cheap relative to competitor valuations (e.g. HealthEngine @ $100m), given that 1ST is the market leader.
I for one am not going to sell a cent until we get closer to fair value at around an $80m market cap (share price of 19 cents). That would be a 10x multiple on incoming ARR of $8m.
Quarterlies can be volatile, but this stock will be a winner over the next few years, with strong year on year growth moving forward.
Lodge Capital's 12-month target stands at 38 cents.
