You seem to be determined to p..s on the parade and your agenda is very clear, at least to me.
The reason they got a limit to US$300m and not US$350, was explained last week in a post, but I am not going to do the effort to dig it up, as I am sure you read it to, but decided to ignore it. AIMHO....
