from your post, it seems you agree that EXT holders (excluding KAH) did own approximately 61% and if it all goes ahead, they will will own approximately 56% of the enlarged company.
56% + your 8.68% = 64.68%
64.68% - 61% = 3.68%
can you break it down a little further for me to explain where the extra 3.68% came from.
As you know, I've been holding shares in KAH for over 2 years mainly as a proxy for EXT. I find it very intriguing, but none of this changes my belief that the best thing I can do is hide my shares in the bottom drawer, sit on my hands and watch.
