Negative equity probably isnt worth much of a take over premium (CNP). 50% of NTA probably is (GPT)! Will be miffed it it takes off tommorrow as i sold anticipating a poor night and a day away from the screen tommorrow. See if you can hold GPT down for me til Thurs please guys....! Mind you that didnt stop me buying VPG today. Its now relatively cheaper than GPT. Poorer quality, so thats probably deserved.
