Not many outside Australia know off FBR and many within Australia wouldn’t know what other countries are doing behind closed doors. Twiggy would have many contacts in China especially. He had gotten this idea from somewhere, so its maybe really happening.
And as for the whole Australian building standards baloney , it would be the least off Twiggy’s worries. It has been horribly over hyped and focused on by one particular jobs worth on this forum.
