Ann: JAT secured 3 Year Dairy Products Distribution Agreement, page-155

I feel very confident in my LT investment in Jat after going through the news again tonight and have more time to digest the details.

Summary.
- a minimum order of $80M for the first year,
- Jat are confident they could fill orders exceeding $80M per yr subject to funding to expand capacity.
- should jat meet it's Distribution Agreement of $80M in the first yr. it is likely to achieve sales in subsequent yrs significantly greater than $80M
- No minimum order in yr 2 & 3

All this with MC $55M after sp rise today. I won't sell until we hit atleast MC is $500M. Bub MC is currently $530M with no profits and less revenues than Jat.

Remember this only 1 contract of many recently announced. All management have to do is keep signing contracts and deliver, sp will eventually adjust accordingly. DYOR
