All I'm saying it is perfect timing to resolve STAGE 2 while negotiating the REFI. May have been carried away but in my mind it is good as done. Getting a lower interest rate true is an accomplishment by itself. But REFI as status quo is just treading water.
Without STAGE 2 in the mix the deal is under utilizing the Li mine, hard assets, and people. For the bankers their investment would, with higher profit margins, make for a better deal. Win win.
