Well surgical results are great at convincing surgeons, and given the amount of independent surgeons publishing positive case studies I'm not too concerned.
I've also heard surgeons in rural hospitals talking about BTM here in Australia, whereas I've heard nothing about AVH. Anecdotal but there you go.
