RAP (respectfully, ethically and professionally) will come in on it's own and "win" by streets, particularly with paediatric screening.
What I mentioned earlier in a post is feasible. That is, the introduction of microphone sensory devices in headrests of planes to indicate flu-like coughs/viruses on planes before they arrive in a country, enabling the quarantining of passengers sooner rather than when an outbreak (or pandemic) occurring.
