3 cents is very possible.
Almost as possible as 5 cents. Or 2 cents. Or 9 cents.
It's all guesswork. And I'm not sure all "hell will break loose" unless there is a price shattering announcement.
Seriously though, the fundamentals still appear solid..nothing has really changed. Time will hold/push the price down. 3c seems like a good base but below is not out of the question.
