    have another read throught the mgt fees structure lots of 'expert' commentary.

    1. bnb have waived the base fee
    2. performance fees only payable if there is a deal and as you point out quite rightly there will be no new deals in the near future, hence no fees.
    3. it is in bnb interest to have the bbp sp much higher (so they can mark to market in a positive way for a change).

    I so no point going over old ground saying bnb profit was 100% bbp mgt fees, we were all happy for bnb to do the deals and it only started to smell when someone forgot to roll over some debt and everyone took a bath bbp and bnb.

    yes would be nice to get rid of the mgt fee all together but that will not happen so we put our head down and focus on generating and selling some power!

    I for one have been buying and will continue to do so as i see a good future for the bbp assets
