    No doubt thats what happen in mid July. Paulson is extremely knowledgable re financial markets and they probably just started the rot. Then all those short USD scrambled to cover and hence the ensuing sharp rally.

    Its pushing multi year resistance now though so theres a reasonable chance that its running out of steam. Hopefully!
