Good news in my opinion.
The sooner we get news of the hybrids converting to shares/cash in 3 years the sooner the share price will go up.
I am glad they did not sell bankstown its one of centros core assets and a great cash cow!
My finger is on the trigger to buy some more. Might just wait a few more days I think we can still go down a bit more with some luck!
