the co should set the story straight.

as for some wining abouut management,
ive been warning on hc & qa forum that at 80clb zn & 80c US that hcp was prob marginal. you could pretty much draw that line from preivious ebita sscenarios given by inl.
i think ds pretty much agreed.

while ds may not be privvy to all info, inl have been pretty upfront ect with q&a, it seems like they may have been pushed to stop by other parties due to margins.
youve all got the info so live with your decisions.

if you bought into the rights issue, dont be upset, hcp was a very low profit situation then., all the directors took up their entitlement, they had too really.
as i posted on hc repeatedly, what u should be looking at there is were they buying at these seemimgly low sp levels at market.
