It’s volatile, it’s dramatic, it is ambiguous, it is everything I don’t want in a well considered portfolio.
Happy where I am. Pretty sure I’m never buying this.
I’m an investor, not a trader. I don’t like paying fees and taxes.
The thing that bothers me most about this is the quality of the assets. Mostly strings of agreements, rather than hard assets. There is little-to-no “there” there.
This is something I noticed the first time I met PB 20 years ago on the Big Island.
He thinks “agreements” are assets.
