Given the situation, he still has my confidence. The plant will get built it is a new one and it will provide HPA at a time when it is needed.

During the day there was a lot of discussion including myself to try and tease out what was happening and calling for calm.
HC is particularly good for expressing anger especially in speculative stocks and misery loves company.
If you're expressing anger on behalf of all those who feel aggrieved than fine. I'd be more interested in the overall result and what happens from here.
All IMHO and you'll note I had one post IMVVVVVHO when the "fog of war" was at it's highest.
