    Put there is no soverign risk in putting US$1.1b cash, or equivelant guarantee into CVI/Pensador. Money in their bank is not money in Angola.

    Surely a responsable company should have money assured before announcing it. ?? You know, we are not talking about a $1M overdraft here! This is a serious amount announced 4 months ago and still unproven.
