I think the bot might partly be tied in with the AGM due by 28/2/20. It's possible by 28/1/20 the AGM agenda will be outlined. They have previously flagged issuing NED's with options exercised at 0.013. Whilst Greg's don't need shareholder approval, Howard's would.It's also possible that Jeff might be in line for some more options, but we'll have to wait for the agenda.They can't really issue/approve options that are already in the money, so I'm not surprised to see the SP hanging around these levels until things become a bit clearer.Finally, the Con Note extension also needs shareholder approval. Given that converts at 0.011, it might help explain the levels we're currently at.
