I am looking forward to getting active on the NBN so I can test their retail services. Sales queue was still very long when I called in, but the good news is the Cisco bug has been resolved and feedback seems to indicate the widespread issues are resolved. I hope the call queue does reduce with more staff, but at the same time having a long sales queue shows a lot of new customers ... (or alternatively - the sales and tech staff are trained to do both, and it's just one large queue regardless of what you select?)
